Vip2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the vip2 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

The vip2 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform bears no responsibility for any use by individuals who do not meet the required age.

Vip2 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified via an on-platform notification when material changes are made. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register and hold only one account on the vip2 platform. Registering more than one account — including under different names, phone numbers or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Inaccurate information may affect the identity verification process and your ability to withdraw funds. vip2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time to meet compliance requirements.

Your password and login credentials are your sole responsibility. You must not share your account details with any other party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the vip2 support team immediately. The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information.

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using bots, automated software or other technical means to exploit the platform.
  • Engaging in any activity intended to defraud, manipulate the system, or harm other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
  • Providing false information or impersonating another individual during registration or while using the platform.

Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the vip2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including recognised eWallets and Malaysian online banking. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to periodic updates.

Deposits are usually credited to your account shortly after the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment provider. If your deposit has not been credited within a reasonable timeframe, please contact the vip2 support team with valid proof of transaction.

Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

  • Full identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • The name on your bank account or eWallet must match the name registered on vip2.
  • If an active bonus is in place, the associated wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Vip2 reserves the right to place a hold on or delay withdrawals for compliance review or security verification purposes.

Vip2 is not liable for any payment delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, technical issues on the bank's end, or inaccurate account information submitted by the user.

Account Suspension, Restriction and Closure

Vip2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

  • Fraud, system manipulation or unauthorised bonus exploitation.
  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
  • Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected activity related to money laundering or criminal financing.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or a breach of these terms, vip2 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances in that account without compensation to the user. Decisions regarding account closure are final and rest entirely at vip2's discretion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Any legitimate funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bets or active bonus requirements.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Liability Limitations

The vip2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip2 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. vip2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of wagered funds due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or unfavourable game outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the vip2 platform are the exclusive property of vip2 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any such materials without prior written consent from vip2.

Third-Party Links and Services

The vip2 platform may provide access to third-party services such as game providers, payment providers and sports data providers. vip2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where vip2 operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through channels designated by vip2 management. Users agree to follow the established dispute resolution process before pursuing any formal legal action.

Changes to Terms and How to Contact Us

Vip2 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in platform operations, legal requirements or user protection policies. When material changes are made, a notification will be displayed on the platform with a clear effective date.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes implied acceptance of the latest version of the terms and conditions.
